Both wine is produced, next to the production area, wine and dried fruit are sold in Turasan as well. In this place, there is also a Wine Taste Area. You feel yourself as if you were in a cave there. At the entrance, medals indicating the quality of Turasan, which were won in international wine competitions, are exhibited. The underground cellar and taste areas of Turasan are hallowed out of a rock; and totally natural conditions and high system viticulture techniques are used for production of wines. Besides, natural fertilizer is used, allowing the grapes to mature their full natural flavor. Wine Taste Place is very authentic and carries the mystic air of the area situated. Besides that, 2 groups of people can enter to this place easily. Reservation is unnecessary; but if you go as a group, you should telephone in advance. In this restaurant where traditional Turkish meals, live music, and entertainment go hand in hand, it is possible to find a rich variety of mezes (aperitifs), hot meals, deserts, and taste Cappadocia’s wine specialty. Along with live music, you can enjoy the meat dishes served with the special pide (a type of hot bread), while sipping your drink. When the live music is over, the traditional Turkish night follows. Yemeni is a place for persons of all ages. It should be noted that due to its architecture, our restaurant has cold weather both in summer, and in winter. Therefore, it would be advisable for our customers to provide necessary clothing. Our prices are suitable in every point of view, and special discounts are provided for groups. Even though the choice of menu items offered are not many, Yemeni is an ideal place for amusement and for groups. (Zeynep Ayşe Mergen, Bilkent University, Student TOMYO)

Your one day in Konya, the country of Mevlana (a Turkish wise of old times), will be more enjoying if you spare some time to go to Aydınçavuş Aile Dinlenme Tesisleri. It is places in the most beautiful part of Konya. You will be grateful not only with the meal but also the city scene and the natural surroundings of the restaurant. Restaurant offers only meat meals and does not offer alcoholic beverages. This may be a deficiency for the restaurant but the delicious meals and desserts will compensate it. Especially, “Höşmerim”, “Ekmek Salması” and “Saç Böreği” which Konya is famous for, are the items I have selected for you from the menu. The experience you will have at Aydınçavuş that may finish with a drink (many kinds of tea and coffee) on the terrace of restaurant, I’m sure, will put at least a smile on your face. Prices, because restaurant aims families, are reasonable. If one day you are in Konya, I advise you to allocate some time for Aydınçavuş Aile Dinlenme Tesisleri.
