Even it is in the center of Bodrum, Bura restaurant is located on a very quiet area. We can call the building as an historical place because it is almost a hundred years old. The tangerine trees and the antique goods which are in harmony with the decoration proviceing the quests eating in an otantic atmosphere. At the restaurant, the traditional Mediterranean foods and special seafood kinds are served but better than these, especially for the specialists, you can find the wines Çankaya, Yakup and Kalecik up to 10 years old ones. For the music you can sometimes listen to live jazz and sometimes Latin. Bitez, a region of Bodrum; one of the favourite places of local and foreigner tourists for summers, has a new restaurant this year. This new restaurant called "Rakıcı", offering different tastes, having an enjoyable atmosphere, hopes to be loved by the customers and it seems it achieved its aim. The most important property of the restaurant is that, it is open-air. Among the trees, with the soft air of Bodrum, the diner becomes a pleasure. Wooden tables and desks, makes the restaurant an interesting place. The lights are not too strong. Little gas lamps are lightning the restaurant. A musician playing an alaturca music instrument called "ud", enjoys the customers every nights of the week by playing and singing famous Classical Turkish songs. And when it comes to foods, it is difficult to take decision. Starting with Turkish cold and hot hors d'oeuvres, and continuing with grilled fish or meat, it will be really a delicious meal. If you want you can choose and buy your own fish, bring it, they cook it for you. There are many kinds of beverages but, the best choice is rakı, of course. After the meal, they offer coffee and cognac. The prices are reasonable. To sum up, if you want to eat delicious foods in an enjoyable place at a resonable price, Rakıcı is a good choice. When you go out from Marmaris through Muğla you arrive the Sedir island cross. After entering this road, approximately 3 km later you find the Çınar Restaurant with its protected original nature between the traditional old Muğla Houses. Its name causes from the hundred years old trees which we can eat the natural foods under their shadows. The favorite things in the menu are natural village foods at the breakfast for the other hours of the day time fried bıldırcın and roasted meats you can chat with your friends near the fireplace either on the table or on the floor while having your meals. You can also stay for the night in the traditional Muğla houses which are open 35 days in a year if you wish. If you want to visit a warm and natural ambiance Çınar will be the best place for it. At winter times people miss the beautiful scenes of the sea. When you feel like that, sea club is a wonderful restaurant. Designed with ship accessories, compasses and other marine merchandises. The blue-white service goods, the saltcellars, vases and ashtrays covered with sailor ropes will increase your delight. The waiters are dressed in sailor dresses and you will immediately feel your hunger with the kinds of breads and cheese they bring. One of the most popular restaurant in 99 summer is Denizhan restaurant which achieves to be the best meat restaurant,with it's various menu and efficient service,in the absence of meat specified restaurants in Bodrum. This well decorated restaurant has a large green plain view.It is owned by three brothers and they managed very professionally.All the meat's are come from Bandırma-Susurluk and Balıkesir region.Alcoholic beverages included menu has various types of grills,kebabs and caserolles. Old Turkish cuisine classics such as "Ali Nazik","Adana Kebap" "Patlıcan Kebap" are very well prepared.There is no doubt that "Deniz- han Kebap"and"Çökertme Kebap" are the best specialities.Everybody's and my favourite dessert is"Künefe"which prepared with no-salt cheese. This restaurant is opened both in summer and winter but especially in summer, which is the high season for Bodrum, reservation should be done.
